- STABLE SUPPORT FOR DEEPER SQUATS – Place these heel elevated squat wedges under your feet to instantly dial in stance, reduce ankle strain, and keep knees tracking safely — dense foam construction creates a non-slip platform for squats, calf raises, and daily mobility work without bulky equipment.
- VERSATILE LOWER BODY TRAINING – This compact workout wedge for squats set doubles as angled squat blocks and stretching tools, giving you reliable foot wedges for exercise, calf raises, ankle rehab, yoga poses, and home gym warmups without bulky equipment.
- PRECISION HEEL ELEVATION – 2.9 INCHES: Each foam wedge raises your heels exactly 2.9 inches (7.4cm) — the ideal angle to unlock squat depth, take pressure off your ankles and knees, and activate your quads more effectively. Works solo or stacked for a custom heel rise. No special shoes or squat platforms needed.
- VERSATILE PLATFORM FOR FULL-BODY TRAINING – Use each wedge block individually or together as a squat platform — adjustable width and angle options for calves, ankles, hips, and wrists support squats, push-ups, pilates, and yoga without adding bulky equipment to your home gym.
- COMPACT, PORTABLE & EASY TO MAINTAIN – Each wedge weighs under 1lb and fits in any gym bag — take them to the gym, use them at home, or pack them for travel. Dense foam resists compression over time and wipes clean with a dry cloth. Sold as a 2-pack so you always have a pair ready.
